South St. Elementary, Waltham:
A new elementary school for 600 students. All of the HVAC work (using energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems) on the fully air conditioned 93,000 sq ft facility, with 28 state-of-the-art K-5 classrooms and 8 pre-kindergarten classrooms on 11 acres, was completed by ATC. A 2.2+ million dollar project delivered on time and on budget. |

A 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training facility, equipped with a cardiovascular room, group exercise areas, spacious men's and women's locker rooms with saunas and private dressing areas and massage therapy rooms. |
