07.01.03: Automatic Temperature Control is expanding! As a testament to our continuing committment to our customers, their buildings and the highest quality HVAC service, ATC continues to grow. Construction is currently underway to accommodate our expansion. New corporate offices and an additional 5,000 sq. ft work bay are under construction. 07.21.02: South Street Elementary, Waltham: A new elementary school for 600 students. All of the HVAC work (using energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems) on the fully air conditioned 93,000 sq ft facility, with 28 state-of-the-art K-5 classrooms and 8 pre-kindergarten classrooms on 11 acres, was completed by ATC. A 2.2+ million dollar project delivered on time and on budget.
